Shopping Process and Delivery

We deliver our products through EMS or Fedex. EMS and Fedex have collaborated with us and have been our logistic providers for a long time. We also provide full insurance for the delivery. The delivery costs and insurance is of no cost if you purchase our products and are from China, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan. If you are from other countries, please contact our online customer service to help you evaluate the delivery costs. And we will have to ask you to pay the delivery costs and insurance for the refund and fixing yourselves. Furthermore, the tax system in every country is different. Please note that our company cannot evaluate the tariff of your country and we will have to ask you to pay yourselves.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. ERIC COMPANY does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Our company will choose an appropriate delivery company according to the delivery address. Customers cannot decide which delivery company they prefer. After paying the deposit, if customers are worried, they can go to the company business center to confirm the product personally (please make arrangements first).
