• 1.    Watches enjoy the global original warranty and Eric Co., Ltd.3 year warranty service. Global warranties will be in accordance with the provisions of each brand and enjoy a global service. Customers can bring the original certificate and contact each office directly. The main warranty is to maintain normal mechanical operation but not damaged from falls, water or natural disaster damage. We can repair for movement, replace the battery, adjust the strap, correct time freely but if watches have scratch outside will not be covered under warranty. In warranty period, watches if not from original company or dismantled by our company and lead to failure will not be repaired.
• 2.    Diamond jewelry enjoy within two years free appearance renovation, which includes ring size change with two sizes at once and appearance polish, gold-plated and mosaic of small diamonds drill off. If customers want to change the ring sizes more than two, we will charge a cost price according to the gold weight and wages.
• 3.    All jewelry and watches purchased from Eric Co., Ltd. are entitled to permanent free exterior cleaning. Members can also enjoy the watch movement maintenance and permanent jewelry refurbished discounts.
