We only use all-natural pearls for our Pearl Princess Collection. After four of five years of cultivation, mollusks produce natural, precious pearls. They symbolize a mother’s utmost caring of their beautiful daughters after nine months of pregnancy. Pearl are the sign of purity, sensitivity and natural shine of a newborn infant.。

2C & 4S ( color and shine, stain and smooth, size, sharp , concordance)

1.Color:

﹡The color of a natural pearl is described as the combination of the body color and the overtone.

﹡The body color is the main color. It can be white, silver, purple, golden orange, pink or black. The most commonly purchased colors are white and pink; purple, silver, black are rare and more expensive.

﹡The overtone is the secondary color. It should compliment and slightly alter the color of the body color, making the color softer and brighter. For example, pearls with a white body color and pink overtone are the most desirable. Other overtones like orange, green, silver are also popular for white body color pearls.

2. Circle sharp:

﹡Natural pearls come in all shapes. Pearls with spherical shape are extremely rare. The pearls in Pearl Princess Collection are naturally round, without any artificial procedures or polishing. Also, the baroque pearls (pearls of other non-spherical shapes) are often used in gem setting.

 

 

 

3.Lustre :

﹡Pearls with high quality should be lively under the light. They will display strong and sharp light reflections and a good contrast between the bright and dark areas of the pearl. The light reflections ought to be bright and clear. The cultivation of the mollusks plays an important role on a pearl’s luster. The environment has to be stable, without any natural disasters like floods or droughts. A well-cultivated pearl shines with a bright and charming glow, and gives confidence to the wearer.

 

 

4.Nacre thickness :

﹡The unique reflective light of pearls comes from the nacre layer on the surface of the pearls. The thicker the nacre layer of a pearl, the more lustrous the pearl.

﹡Most of the pearls in the market have a human-inserted shell bead nucleus, which shorten the cultivation process down to 2 years. The pearls of our Princess Palace Collection are cultivated for 4-5 years in clean water. We put a lot of effort to cultivate rare, big, all-natural pearls without implanted bead nucleus just to provide you with the most precious and valuable pearls.

 

5.Clarity:

﹡Natural pearls normally have some slight patterns on the surface. Pearl Princess Collection carefully choose pearls with minimal patterns. On average, only 0.2‰ pearls can meet our standard. That is, only 2 of 10,000 pearls cultivated can be selected to use in the Pearl Princess Collection.

 

 

 

6.Connection:

﹡Connection means the uniformity of the pearl necklace after stringing. The shape, color, and clarity of each pearl has to be consistent. We spend three times longer in selecting and examining the pearls, and we string the pearls according to their shapes and sizes by hand, making the necklace valuable. Connection is considered an important aspect of the quality of pearl necklaces by many major jewelry corporations.

 

 

Selecting& Stringing

Every pearl in the Pearl Princess Collection is hand-selected, and hand-strung by our female co-employees. We carefully select pearls with gloves, according to the 4c, 2s standard. We tie a strong knot between each pearl with cotton strings of premium quality, to make sure the position of the pearls is fixed. This will reduce friction and wear and tear of the pearls. This extra procedure is not commonly seen in the industry. We put in this extra effort because we make every necklace with our full heart, as if making a gift for our own sister, mother, or ourselves.

 

 

 

Clasps

The clasps of the necklaces and earrings in the Eileen Princess Collection are made of pure, authentic 18K gold or 925 silver. They are very durable, and easy to take on& off. Each clasp comes with a mark of “Eric. Co. “. Our product is the best choice both for personal use and as a gift.

 

 

 

Service and Promises:

We recommend a restring every year, and we provide free restringing service for 24 months after purchase. You are still welcome to ask for our restringing service after 24 months (extra fee of NT:300（USD10.00）plus mailing fee is required.) Please pack the pearls carefully& nicely before mailing. For international shipping, please register online before mailing your pearls.

Warranty:

Every product comes with a DPS warranty and a warranty from Eric. Co. All pearls are 100% natural, and the warranty includes complete description of the shape, color, lustre, nacre thickness, clarity, connection, and all information about the “4c, 2s” standard of the pearls.

 

 

 

 

 

The Box (bracelets, earrings)

Eileen Me provide a special jewelry box for you to place your sensitive pearls in. If you wish to surprise someone and give them a memorable gift, we also provide special packaging service. (extra fees required).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cleaning Cloth:

Every product comes with a professional cleaning cloth. Please be careful when you clean the pearls, and also wear the pearls carefully.

 

 

 

 

 

 

• 1.Please take off the pearl necklaces after you returning home. Wipe the pearls softly with a cleaning cloth, and store the necklace in a jewelry box. Do not wear them in the shower or in bed.
• 2.Please only wear your pearls after putting on make-up and perfume. Do not expose the pearls to perfumes or hairspray. Pearls are very vulnerable to water and chemicals. Cleaning the pearls with jewelry detergent, toothpaste, soap or other chemical substances can severely damage the pearls.
• 3. Please store your pearls separately. Pearls are softer than other gemstones, so they are easily scratched by other gemstones. Store pearls in a cool place with adequate humidity, but avoid wearing them around hot springs or swimming pools.
• 4.The correct way to store your pearls is to wipe them softly with a cleaning cloth after wearing, and store them carefully. Do not place the pearls under sunlight or direct light. The pearls need fresh air and adequate humidity, so remember take them out of the box, and wear them once in a while.
• 5. Do not pull the necklace too hard. We recommend a restringing every 12 months. You are welcome to mail the pearl necklace back to us for restringing. Two years after purchase, a service fee of NT.300 (USD $10.00) will be required for a restring (Mailing fee not included).
