  • 2.Only under the below circumstances will the company access or provide personal information or related information of members to government organizations, or to a third party who claims his or her rights have been violated and has provided evidence:

Members are not allowed to transfer, rent or lend their membership or member rights to any third party.?

User behavior:

  • (9) Any behavior that interferes with or distracts other users from using membership services
  • (10) Send chain letters, junk mail, advertisement mails or other useless emails
  • (11) Any activity in stealing member accounts, passwords or access privileges
  • (12) Any behavior that does not match the purpose of use provided by the membership service
  • 4.If any text content, picture, video, file or other works or data uploaded, published, transmitted, sent or saved by members or third parties in any way violates or infringes the rights of a third party, or violates the terms of use or other agreement terms and conditions, or involves infringement via a third party or other legal controversies, the company has the right to remove, transfer or terminate access to all or part of the membership services; members involved in the above mentioned are solely responsible for the circumstances and legal responsibilities, and are responsible for reimbursing and compensating for the loss and damage caused.
Ownership and member's authorization to the company:

This includes different versions or formats produced and converted from different software or hardware equipment such as versions suitable for online reading and the different versions or formats of various computer equipment that provide downloading (including PDA, cell phones and similar equipment developed in the market in the future). Members should also agree to give authorization to the company for selecting the works and date uploaded, published and saved in membership services by members, gather works and data of other members and publish them together on e-papers or e-messages, including, but not limited to, e-papers and related messages sent due to marketing or promotion purposes of the company and membership services. Unless given authorization or transferred together, the company will not solely transfer the ownership of works and data uploaded, published and saved by members or give authorization to a third party, nor will the company print and publish works and data of members in books.
Responsibility elimination and limit:

Termination of service :

Eric Company provides you with trustworthy, quality products. Refund process and time arrangement:

  • 2.Depreciation of the exterior of products: damages such as scratches, tears, and rifts caused from wearing are unfortunately not included in the guarantee.
